The check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out can be done until 12:00 PM. We are flexible with the cabin handover as long as it is ready.
What are the conditions for stays with children?
Children over 13 years old can stay, provided they are under the supervision of their parents.
Do your rooms have air conditioning?
No, the rooms do not have air conditioning, but they do have fans.
What is the climate like at the accommodation?
The daytime temperature can reach up to 31 degrees Celsius, while at night it can drop to as low as 16 degrees Celsius.
What is the nearest airport to the accommodation?
The Simón Bolívar International Airport is the closest to the hotel and is located 39 kilometers away.
What languages does the hotel staff speak?
Our staff speaks Spanish and English.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Where can I store my main luggage while I go on a tour?
For any tour, you only need a suitcase, backpack, or light bag with the recommended items. You can leave your main luggage at the hotel, where it will be safe while you enjoy the outing.
What level of fitness do I need to participate in the tours?
To participate in any tour, you must be in good health. It is not suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities, as we do not have adapted services. It is not recommended for children under 13 years old or adults over 70 years old.
In case of an emergency during the tour, what steps should I follow?
Emergencies during tours are rare. However, if one occurs, the first step is to remain calm and notify the guide immediately. They are trained to handle emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
Is it necessary to have special medical insurance?
No, it is not necessary to have special medical insurance for the tour, as we provide adequate and sufficient travel insurance tailored to the potential risks of the outing.
What does my travel insurance cover?
It covers medical expenses due to illness or accident during the tour, as well as transportation from the incident site to a clinic, whether by mule, vehicle, or helicopter (in cases of total immobility), depending on the severity of the situation.
Should I bring my identification document on the tour?
No, it is not necessary. A photocopy of your identification document (citizenship card for Colombians and passport for foreigners) is sufficient to participate in the tour, minimizing the risk of it getting damaged or lost during the outing. However, to finalize your reservation at the hotel, you must present the original document.
Who will be our guide during the tour?
Our guides are trained by the National Learning Service (SENA), a national public entity that promotes the social advancement of workers through comprehensive professional training. Therefore, all our guides are qualified to provide quality guiding services and offer travelers cultural, historical, and anthropological information about the visited destination.
What other languages do the guides speak?
All our certified guides are from the region and speak their native language, Spanish. Some also have a good command of the local indigenous languages. We organize tours with translation services, subject to availability.
What types of food are offered during the tour?
During the tour, we offer a varied menu with typical regional dishes prepared by local cooks. This includes fruits, bread, eggs, coffee, chocolate, rice, beans, meat, chicken, soup, pasta, and more.
What type of vehicle will we be transported in?
We have comfortable 4×4 vehicles to transport travelers throughout the entire journey.
